We only offer FREE SHIPPING within the lower 48 states of the United States.

Please note that any "shipping damage" that occurs during the shipping from MrScooters or one of it's affiliate warehouses to the customer is the responsibility of the customer to initiate the claim with the shipping company. This will include contacting shipping company and notate what damage occurred and be responsible for parts claims.
Please look over crate and notice any concealed damage that may have occurred during shipping. Once you sign off on the receipt, regardless of who signs, the responsibility is on the customer from point of receipt.
Standard Free Shipping
If choose only one color for your unit, your order will ship within 5 to 7 business days once your order has been processed.
If choose two to three color choices, your order will ship within 3 to 4 business days once your order has been processed.
Fast Terminal Pick Up
Terminal shipping is both faster and in some ways more flexable than shipping to your door. Once your order arrives at the terminal you have 3 days to pick up your order. Transit time from MrScooters to a terminal is usually 2-5 days to any terminal in America. Normal shipping lead times of 2 to 3 weeks still apply. Fast shipping to a terminal pick up is ONLY $29.00.
Rush Order Processing
Rush Order Processing is available on all orders for an additional amount of $49.00. If you add Rush Order Processing to your order we guarantee that your order will ship out of our facility within 1 to 2 business days. Otherwise, we will refund $49 and still Rush Order Processing your order!
Guarantee 7 Days on Shipping
Guarantee 7 Days on Shipping is available on most area for an additional amount of $99.00. If you add this service to your order, we pay extra to freight company, where they will guarantee your order will ship to your house within 7 business days. This is the best option for any special event.
